For millennia, Japanese brewers and distillers have been combining rice, water, and yeast with koji, the unique ingredient that gives their spirits a rich aroma and mellow taste.
We’ve combined that process with rice grown in the American southeast to craft an array of signature Spirits.
Made from four simple ingredients, every detail of Horyzon Harvest Select™ has been intentionally brought forward to stand alone in a new category for American spirits. With a comprehensive, robust feel Harvest Select sits evenly across the palate. Uniform but heavy, it is a full expression with restrained weight.
How to drink:
We suggest serving Harvest Select in a traditional “over the rocks” method with a splash of water to open the spirit and release its flavor. Due to its higher proof uncommon for koji spirits, Harvest Select can serve as a base for a variety of unique cocktails.
In its first year of release Harvest Select was proudly awarded a Gold Medal by the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, a Double Gold Medal by the American Distilling Institute, and a Silver Medal by the International Wine & Spirits Competition.
